- Turn on your GPS device.
- Go to volume option.
- Now touch and hold the top right corner of your GPS volume screen for 10 seconds.
- When diagnostics page appear select configuration and settings.
- Select MTP setting and choose Mass storage or USB ethernet.
- Click on save and restart GPS.
